Quote follow-up
Pick the situation, fill in the name, date and job, and copy the message. For email or WhatsApp, formal or friendly. No pressure and no threats. What you type stays in your browser.
Fill in
Leave a field empty and the message shows a [placeholder] for you to fill in yourself.
How you address them, for example a first name or a surname.
In your own words, for example “3 October”.
Short, for example “laying the floor”.
As it will appear under the message.
How many days ago you sent the quote, for example 5.
What the texts stick to
- No deadlines and no “today only”: the customer decides at their own pace.
- No blame and no pressure. A “no” is a fine answer and gets a friendly ending.
- No legal clauses. Terms belong in your quote, not in a follow-up message.
- Short and concrete: one question per message, so replying is easy.
Frequently asked questions
When is it a good moment to follow up a quote?
That is your call, per customer and per kind of job. The “days ago” field is only something you fill in: we do not name a standard period.
What if the customer asks whether it can be cheaper?
The text takes the question seriously and offers to look together at where the costs are. It promises no discount. What you offer is up to you.
How does the WhatsApp button work?
The button opens WhatsApp on your own device with the text filled in and no recipient. You choose the customer and press send yourself. Nothing goes through our server.
Is my information stored?
No. Everything happens in your browser and what you type never goes to a server. We only count anonymously how the page is used (no cookies, no IP address).
Making quotes at your own prices?
Describe the job. Briefbee writes the quote in your words and at your prices; you check it and send it.
